Please, as bed and breakfast guest, read through this small print of B&B Houseboat Little Amstel Amsterdam if you want to know about booking conditions, the cancellation policy, privacy etc.
How to make a reservation
You can send a reservation request directly from the online calendar, or by email. The calendar is usually up-to-date, however, if the apartment shows availability, we do not guarantee a booking. All reservations are on request only.
I will send you an offer and if you would like to make the booking, you will receive an invoice through PayPal to pay the total booking amount. Payment of the invoice within 24 hours then automatically confirms your reservation.
Paypal is an safe and secure online bank through which you can send and receive money by using the email address of the person or company you want to transfer money to.
If your plans change unexpectedly and you have to cancel your reservation, we will refund as follows:
100% refund (minus an administration fee of Euro 50) if the cancellation is made 2 months in advance
50% of that downpayment will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days or more before arrival date
20% of the downpayment will be refunded if cancellation is made 7-14 days before arrival date
No refund if cancellation is made within 6 days of arrival
No refunds in case of shortening your stay after arrival
We highly value your trust. Therefore, we will duly and diligently safeguard and protect the privacy and confidentiality of your personal details.
Check in — Check out
Check in from 02:00 pm, check out by 10:00 am. However should you wish to arrive earlier, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cleaning and disposal of rubbish
It is expected that guests should dispose of all rubbish & leave the room clean & tidy upon departure.
Little Amstel is a no-smoking establishment, any guest found to be smoking in their rooms would be charged to facilitate specialist cleaning.
No pets are permitted on Little Amstel
We accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage suffered by you, or any member of your family, or guests, during your stay.
We accept no responsibility for property left on the premises. No contents are insured by us in the apartments. Personal contents insurance is recommended.
In case off circumstances beyond our control the maximum compensation we can offer is the amount paid for the room.
A legitimate business
Little Amstel is registered with the Chambre of Commerce under number . And we are subject to VAT, Tourist Tax and other taxes (all of which are included in the rates published).
